Birds of Paradise: The Experience is a conceptualized extension service of the current Birds Of Paradise. The objective of this service is to enhance their service by making it more successful than what it is now. On top of their customer service, the attention in improvisation was given to the company's direction in making a bigger impact. In improving Birds of Paradise status, analysis of the company's current standing and a competitive audit with their competitors was made. Additionally, it is important to know consumer's approach to them in spite of the awards the company has achieved.

The new direction of the extended service is to be inclusive by reaching out to a larger group of people, expanding on the targeted age group. In line with Birds of Paradise current direction, the service extension aims to reach out to more people and making the brand recognisable by promoting the shop as people's top choice of dessert.

The extension of service is done by creating pop-ups of Bird's of Paradise in parks where it is accessible with high interaction of customers. This approach aims to promote their new, seasonal and collaborative flavours. The idea of creating pop-ups is also to ensure familiarisation of the brand through memorable experiences made by encouraging people to bond and spend time together.

The promotional video for the campaign envision how the service extension can promote the creation of a memorable experience and familiarisation of Birds of Paradise through the consumption of their gelatos around Singapore.
